With the information you all contributed I put together an article for my magazine. I quoted alot of the replies. I tried to keep it anonomous, but if you would like your name next to your quote, please PM me and i'll change it. You can see the article here.

Any feedback is appreciated. I hope that this will stir up some more conversation. Once again, thank you very much for your participation, it helped me a great deal.

My #1 rule: If I call you... call me back.

If you don't call me back after two calls I will never speak to you again. At least call to say you're not interested. Be honest about it. Don't play games... We're not in high school.
