I always try to hold off till the girl comes first.
I have enough control that most of the time I suceed.

Then I slow down but keep the strokes coming and slowly speed up again. This brings the girl back into it and if you are lucky she has a second whilst you have your first. If she doesn't have a second she isn't likely to mind too much as she did have one and some more pleasure on top.

She must be very sensitive for long periods down there...my gf gets off a minimum of 6 times every time we have sex. I'm the one who hardly ever gets off.
