How to train yourself to go on for hours?
No matter how hard I try to not think about blowing my load during sex. What are some tips to maintain it so I can go on for hours?

I have the same problem..Only, If I am on top..I don't know why..But if I am on top it will only take me like 5 minutes...But having the girl on top..I can go for awhile...It's like it's some kind of gravitational thing or something.
That's my way of going for awhile...Then once the girl has orgasmed, We just change positions and in a few minutes were done. I don't really know of any tips...Maybe try different positions and see if you can last longer or something. |

imo, i´m not sure that ´lasting for hours´ is the most important thing... so long as you´re able to control yourself, and be able to pleasure the other party before yourself... thats what counts. |

If you want to last longer, then; 1. jerk off a couple hours before sex; 2. wear a condom for desensitizing (if you aren't already); 3. thrust back and forth slower than what you normally like 4. put it all the way in and just sort of pound her hard without actually moving the p3nis in and out more than just a little. this will give her a lot of stimulation and you not much - hard to describe though 5. If you feel like you are getting close too soon then just pull out and eat her out for a while or have fun with fingers or toys, etc. then start up again after the heights have passed... |
One thing that sometimes works is to have your partner dig her nails into your back really hard or bite on your finger... the pain distracts you. Of course if you get off on pain, this won't work for you :)

I can't won't and see no benefits in it. I need food, massages, showers, stretching, a walk, drinks, change of mode music too. Intermissions are important, after awhile the sensitivety levels get numb, and loose the oomph.
Give me breaks, and I can go for days, not that I have the time to do so, but could. Plus I'm an old fart!!, I need my rest as well. |

the first five - 10 minutes i always find the hardest...so i try to get familiar with the surroundings...the look and feel of the woman, then I proceed with a more fast - paced pumping technique.

i think this is definitely a good strategy, i was doing it, and i asked her if she felt anything and she said it felt really good, meanwhile i barely felt anything |
personally i find that if you arnt having alot of constant sex then you are not as long as you can be..i dunno exactly if this works with all but if i havent had sex in a while its over fast, but after having sex alot ..consistantly i find that usually she is done before me, so maybe you just need to wait a bit get used to her and feel comfortable around her?

hahaha yes alcohol is the way to go. Just don't drink so much that it's almost impossible to get it up.
