Low rise jeans, thongs, and tattoos
 

I'm a healthy horny guy, but I've gotten to the point where I am sick and tired of looking at girls' underwear. This thong peepshow that's spread like wildfire just makes me think girls look really trashy. I feel like I might be in the minority here, but does anybody else feel like this too? And what is the deal with the lower back tattoo epidemic? Is it a standard graduation requirement for a girl to get one of these to graduate high school? It just seems that everyone of these chicks that are sporting the underwear like outerwear has a tat... I'm just waiting for it to become en vouge to not have tattoos, then i'm going into the tattoo laser removal field and just make killing. Somebody validate me PLEASE!

I agree man. I had one ex who thought she looked so hot with her thong sticking out, but it just makes you look like a whore. I like my wemon to dress with a little class...

And the tattoo thing annoys me too. It's either a butterfly, or some kanji that says "princess" or some shit on it. That's annoying, and very unnatractive to me. If it means something then by all means go ahead, but why on earth do you need a damn butterfly tattood on your back??? I guess I missed that memo.

as for the thongs... they've always been worn by "those" women. That could be viewed as good or bad...

Consider yourself validated. I use to think that it was just as bad as being able to see someone's buttcrack -- neither of which are very flattering at all. Probably among the worst bod mod to make is getting a trendy tatoo that you'll likely regret later.

The reason many people get tattooed on the lower back is because it is one of the few places on the body that is unlikely to change so much that it would affect/warp the appearance of the tattoo. Unless you gain or lose an ungodly amount of weight around, have surgery on, or get into an accident where it scrapes up your lower back not much is going to change. Even pregnancy doesn't really affect the lower back.

And for the record, even people with tattoos (most of my friends have tats) think it's annoying when h.s. girls get tattoos of butterflies and cliche items. What's worse are the people who get a tattoo about the size of a fingernail somewhere no one would ever see it and boast about how they have a tat.

As for thongs, they are useful for dressier clothing. Part of their purpose is to hide typical underwear lines. Having your thong show is the equivalent to having your bra strap show. Even if the exposed thong (or bra strap) is intentional, I hardly believe that makes them trashy or whorish. They just lack a sense of taste and class.

Well...just wait. The new thing this year is supposed to be....butt crack. Yes you heard me right. Those low rise jeans are supposed to drop lower..to a point where a barbel on a pierced hood would see the sunlight.

I was at the mall yesterday, and I don't remember seeing any girls who were in great shape but not in low-rider jeans with thongs. They all were wearing the stuff, even the 13-year-olds! I even saw some 16-year-old chick in a halter top and low-rider Daisy Duke's walking with her mom, who didn't seem to care. Society is going downhill faster than ever before in my opinion, but it sure looks good doing it....

BTW, the lowerback tattoo--fuckin' ugly! :mad:

it still disturbs me to find thongs in XXL sizes.... as for the tattoo, i i agree with the idea that it seems to be the 'cool' thing to do to get a butterfly or winnie the pooh tattooed on the least painful area of your body. i cant really say too much though... i got a pink floyd symbol my senior year. (hey at least it wasnt a fucking butterfly) always remember... underwear is called just that for a reason.

I don't personally care about the thong thing....it can look very sexy. but tattoos actually turn me off...go figure

Man oh man do I hate the tats. They only work on some girls (very rarely) and in only a few spots (ankle or lower back).

I'm always looking at the butt floss, but that's just because I'm a horny bastard.

edit: I'd have to say the whole thong thing is becoming more common place. I really don't mind, I mean, some people find them more comfortable or girls want to get ride of the VPL (visible panty lines). It's just like I don't judge guys because they wear briefs over boxers. It's preferance!

Thongs="Those women"? Now? Sorry to say, but thongs are common place. And pleanty of women who wear them keep it in, although too many let it hang out. It is unattractive in the most extreme sense of the word.

I think tats look trashy. Thongs look good though.

Personally when I see a thong sticking out of a girls pants, I have an overpowering urge to grab hold and give her a wegie so tight her grandkids will walk funny.

But I also understand / sympathesize with the feelings of insecurity the average female teen faces. (I am a guy, but I've heard older girls talked about this type of things)

I'm glad to see that so many other people feel that tats are trashy. I though I was in the minority when it came to that. And, I don't care where they are on the body, most tats are trashy.

Some of the people I know with tatoos regret the choice they made now that they're older. It seems like a "cool" thing to do when you're in your 20's, but then when you grow older, it's still there.

Sure, my grandpa had tatoos, but would you want your grandma to have tatoos??

Guess I'm the minority who actually likes the tat on the lower back - however; it should have meaning to you, not one of those 'fad' tattoos that everyone seems to be sporting. As for the thong issue, I agree that it's gone over the edge these past years with young teens showing off what they're wearing.

I like to see thongs on sexy girls. But if the girl is obese, urgh, I'll look as far away as possible..
That being said, I think they shouldn't be worn all the time. When I see girls at school dressed like that, it makes them look slutty. But if they dress like that at a party or something, then there's no problem!

As for tattoos, I really don't have a problem with them. I think they can be quite cute. Trendy, but still cute..

Jeez, I will never, ever ever get sick of seeing thongs, granted theres a few special people who dont deserve the right to wear them sure, but even for a few sub-par girls who need to spruce things up a bit, Id say a thong gives a girl a instant +2 on her "rating" lol.....

There is an old agage that less is more. I don't think that applies in this case. Tattoos just don't do it for me. In fact, it would make me much less likely to approach someone if I knew about it ahead of time. Seeing thongs is tempting, but it makes you focus on one aspect of that person rather than the whole person. I'm a big believer in the mind is the ultimate erogenous zone. Someone has to be able to turn me on with their personality for me to like them long-term.

I think I'm pretty much echoing many here but, you can't go wrong with the thong. (as long as it's not being stretched to the limits).

Low rise jeans - as long as there isn't a lot of "baby fat" hanging over.

Tattoos - you'll regret it someday. Every girl that gets a tattoo (like a group of dolphins around the navel) will someday wish they hadn't.

I enjoy the look of low-rise jeans on a good looking girl.

Especially if she sits on my lap. :D

Tatoos can be sexy, but I don't really get into the back thing. It definitely draws the eyes to the girl's ass, if that's what they were goin for. The best tattoos are the ones you don't see unless she shows it to you though :).

I like the exposed thong on the right person and in the right enviorment: club scene = good, church = bad. A bit extreme on the examples but you get the point. I also like tats if it has a personal meaning to the individual who wears it, for women it has to be in the right place too. I have two tats on either shoulder, a place where it can be shown off or hidden from site as I please.

I have nothing against thongs, not my fave undies, but useful at times. I do have a hell of a lot against the trendy typical high school girls who all look the same: bleached blonde hair, low-rise "just enough to cover the pubes" jeans, lower back tat of something ridiculously trendy with no meaning whatsoever, thongs and g-strings sticking out for all the world to see, and most especially the rolls of fat hanging above all this. Nothing against girls on the heavier side of things, I like to see flesh on bones, but PLEASE buy clothes that fit YOU, not your barbie.

Back in the day... if you caught view of someones gich, it was mandatory to give them a wedgy...... male or female.... if we bring THAT trend back, maybe it might curve the underwear fad.

I don't mind it. It doesn't affect how I treat/feel about them. If they want to do it then I say go for it.

It looks trashy/slutty, but i liked it when my ex sorta did it when we were alone... more along the lines of something that i would personally expect someone not to flaunt in public.

One thing for you tat haters: Alyssa Milano. And on Tats only some places look good. Ankles, high shoulder, inner hip are all okay spots in my book. The most henious place for a tat has to be the navel though, no matter what you get of what color you get it looks like some kinda hairy patch.

I still find it sexy and eye-catching. But I'm a closet pervert.

as for the tattoos i think it depends what it is, the $50 special rose/butterfly/dolphin is tacky but some custom ones look really good. my partner has a tattoo on her lower back that looks :cool:

LOL, that's a new one for me. I was refering to purposely exposed thongs not upskirts. In an upskirt, the underwear was not ment to be seen or shown off, hell the girl could go commando in the church if she wasn't flashing the goods :cool:

I have 2 tats on either side of the small of my back, both mean a lot to me but they look like lick-and-stick tattoos. Its a sun and a moon.. very very cheesey eh? But they fit perfectly for what I want them to mean. I'm thinking about getting them connected somehow. I have NEVER EVER worn the straps of my thong outside of my pants.. all I can say is thank god the Brittany Spears-pink thong-over the jeans (ref: "I'm a Slave 4 U" video). I do wear lose rise jeans, because I have huge fucking hips and it honestly looks better.

IMO, I love low rider jeans on chicks that have a skinny waste line and that actually look good in them. I'm sorry, but over-weight girls should not be allowed to wear low rider jeans. It doesn't look good. As for thongs, I like to see a nice thong through a tight pair of white pants, but when they're hanging out of the top of low rider jeans, not a sight I like to see...it doesn't do it for me. The butt crack is definitely cool, though.
