Freckled asian
 

After reading another thread about freckles, I realized that I was the only asian with freckles. Im chinese, and I have a few tiny freckles on the bridge of my nose and a few more on my cheekbones. I havent noticed any other asian women with freckles...Am I abnormal? Im also unfamiliar with make up (even though Im 22 :rolleyes: yeah I know I should be..), but does anyone have any suggestions as to what kind of make up would cover them up? How do I apply them?

well like that other thread.. lisa liu or whatever the girl from charlies angels has freckles... and i have a little freckles on my cheekbones too. they're barely noticable tho with my skin complexion

don't cover em up! i'll bet they're cute! it's not very common, don't you feel unique?

My cousin is Chinese/Japanese and she has freckles. Much darker when she was younger though.

Freckles are very cute, and definately nothing to be ashamed of or covered up. It adds character. :D

Freckles are fine as long as they aren't red and all blend into one big freckle :(

Don't cover the freckles.

Many guys think they're cute (myself included).

Besides, they are part of who you are.

There's also a Lisa Liu (i might be wrong on the last name, and i think her first name is Lisa). She used to be on the view.

Get together with some of your girlfriends and go to the mall. Hit up a department store with a Clinique or MAC makeup counter.

You could try on some natural looking powder to even out your skin tone (without covering the freckles) or some yummy lipsticks. I also think black eyeliner on the top lid is very sexy on asian women.

The women at the counter will help you find what colors are best for you and show you how to apply them correctly. Have fun and experiment! Makeup is a great way to transform your look and highlight your best features!

The other freckle thread is the one I started, and if you read the posts, you would realise that I made it to emphasize how much I ADORE freckles (small and scattered, not clumped into blob). All guys seem to agree with me, so DO NOT COVER THEM UP!

Yeah, thanks to you Hobo and many other thoughtful posters, I feel better.. Plummie great advice! I will bring my friends with me..now eyeliner above the eye thing..lol im terrified I might draw on my eye or something..though I have no problems wearing contacts..lol, but I will ask them how to apply it properly.How is this ever going to work? "Hi miss, um Im 22 living in the world or makeup and beauty and yet no idea how to buy and apply makeup..Im just a few decades late..hahah so...can you help a poor soul catch up?"lol

Anyways, I had myself freaked for a while there...I thought I could've had some kinda skin cancer..but they never really grew or changed colour..oh wait? is purple a norm kinda colour to have??...

My chinese girlfriend has some frekles, I dig 'em. As I continue working on my goal to kiss every inch of her body I find more and more.

DOn't hide em or erase them or anything, frekles rool.

In the Silicon Valley and San Francisco, there are a ton of Asians. I can tell you with certainty that freckles among Asians is not UNcommon.

P.S. Don't cover them up.
