I'm not taking a picture of my penis.... BUT, i can describe it in detail and see if this is normal or if there is something wrong.

At the base of my penis and on the scrotum are tiny little white things that I can't decide if they are from the hairs growing out (they tend to form where a hair is growing out) or if they aren't supposed to be there and i'm getting some type of almost acne type thing on my penis.

Its fairly consistent throughout the entire base of the penis and scrotum and pretty small little whitish dots. I have tried to pop them as if they were a pimple on my face... and it doesn't seem to work at all, regardless of pressure.

Is this somewhat normal? I have good hygiene in that area...

Sounds like simple acne to me, especially when you start to mention that they tend to form around 'hairs'.

And while a trip to the clinic wouldn't be wasted, I would only ask, do you have any pain associated with your penis or its functions? Also, have you had unprotected sex within the last couple of months?

If not, I wouldn't worry about it.
