i'm 20 yrs old now and ive been wit my gyrlfriend for 3 yrs now and the sex is great and it lasts long...but for some reason now when we have sex it takes roughly i'd say about 20 mins for me to finish :( ..i dont kno what the problem is, i feel embarrassed and i dont know that to do about it :( ..my gyrl says its ok and she says she still gets off..but in my mind she just saying that...any ideas i can try to keep going? its kind of embarrasing..thanx in advance

This doesn't sound like a problem to me. Premature ejaculation occurs in the first seconds or minute of penetration. Most women get sore and dry after 20 minutes of non-stop intercourse.

dude 20 minutes is more than enough. Anything over like 15 minutes is awesome. google it for ejaculation times and you will see that you are a champ. If you both want it to go longer than 20 minutes you have some easy options.

1) Wear a rubber. Not as much friction= more loving.
2) Kegel exercizes. These tighten up the muscles in the penis and will let you control how long.
3) Numbing cremes. Not sure how well these work but many types and brands are available.

20 minutes? Your complaining about that. How the hell do you last 20 minutes. Are you talking about the whole session, or just the intercourse. If you are talking about the intercourse 20 minutes is masterful. Anyway, if you wanna last longer, go slower. Girls like that. You can extend the experience more if you do more petting. An hour!?! Tell me this is a joke. An hour of straight up intercourse? Not foreplay, not heavy petting, but 1 full hour of penetration with thrusting?

I have to be missing something. You are *complaining* that you can *only* last *20 minutes* of solid fucking inside your girlfriend. You feel you should be able to last 30 minutes.

Are you human?

Are you hard the whole time or do you get soft sometimes while you are inside her? Are you thrusting constantly or sometimes slowly stroking or sometimes just staying still inside her? What about circumference? How big around are you? How "tight" is it inside her? How often do you masturbate and/or have sex other ways?

Let me put this in perspective: I've been getting it from the same guy for almost 10 years. We're about 8-10 years older than you are and men tend to get better at lasting longer the older they get. If I had to guess, I would say that we have had intercourse more than 1,000 times.

Today, if he works hard at it and prepares ahead of time, he can last a good fifteen minutes without coming... but... that is on rare occasions, maybe every couple of months or so if we're lucky. In order to do that, he has to masturbate an hour or two ahead of time and time it just right so that he is just out of his refractory period.
