How did the first two people to ever have sex know what to do?

Is it true that men have always stuck their *ahem* in anything they possibly can? Or that women put wierd things in there just because they can?

Adam: Wonder what this thing does?

Eve: Dunno. Why don't ya' put it in here, see what happens.

And what was the first position used? I doubt that it is a position still used today (except maybe in extreme porn)

If humans didn't know how to do it, I'm sure they learned by watching animals. Considering that most animals do it with the male from behind, it is reasonable to assume that humans always used to do it "doggy style".
