Ya get a shampoo bottle, a couple rubberbands, a sock and a plastic bag or saran wrap and some lube.

You cut the end of the bottle off, roll the sock up into itself with the center hollow or accessable. Wrap the rubber bands around the sock (use a couple to cover the length. Take a piece of sponge foam (like the stuff in th cusions of a couch) about 4" x 4" x 6-more" (depending on dick length), use a kitchen knife to put a hole through it lengthwise (Just stab the foam so that there is a slit from the middle of one end face to the middle of the opposite end face), take a condom and unroll it, find a rubber washer that with a hole larger than the circumfrence of your dick (or cut a piece of cardboard into a donut shape and duct tape it so it is less flimsy and has no jagged edges) put the condom through the washer and wrap the open end of the condom around the washer so it is held open (so you can get your kick into it) take the tip of the condom and thread it through the slit in the foam (a little trickey, compress the foam and use your fingers to push the condom through the hole until you can grab it from the other side) (careful not to break the condom) clip a clothes peg or something to the tip of the condom so that it will not retract back into the hole. You now have a hunk of foam with a condom threaded through it, squirt some lube into the condom and fuck the foam.
