So a buddy is finially getting all his ducks in a row and is ready to take the plunge into starting his own online amateur porn site. He's got $5k and about twenty models that he says will work for peanuts until this thing gets off the ground. Thankfully, I'm the only guy he knows that's a web designer. heh.

What I realize, though, is that we're going to need some sort of marketing hook. Something that will be unique enough to be attractive yet nearly inexhaustable in scope. Like BangBus, like Backroom Facials, etc. Any thoughts, suggestions, or rants?

Seeing as I work for one...

Right now is probably the worst time to start anything up. Internet sales are all-time slow, it's the summer time, and the industry is SO saturated with content, it's rediculous.

You need mega bucks to make it work, lots of money to pay the models, and lots of time to impove, maintain and advertise. I only take care of a couple websites, but it's a full time job for 2 people and we still manage to fall behind sometimes.
