Another love question
Ok, so I told my girlfriend I loved her and the answer was, I think, mixed. She didn't run screaming (which was nice). She just smiled, thanked me and gave me a kiss. I'm taking this as she isn't quite sure how she feels about me, but might feel that way.
My question is, how long are most people in relationships before the "I love you's" are mutual? Did you date for 10 months? 2 years? (for the record, we have been dating for 8 months). It seems like this is something I should know, but never learned. |

8 months seems like a good amount of time. Well, at least it seems that way for my speed.

Its all gonna depend on the situation, you, and her. I knew that I was in love about ohhhh two hours after hanging out with my girl for the first times by ourselves (usually there were a group of us) and she says the day she saw me walk out of my house to her friends car for her. And here we are two years later happy (except for some minor paranoia on my part), and in love. I don't think this is the usual case, but like I said it all depends....on the situation, not the adult diapers.

i first told him 4 months into it (but really 6 months of you count the time we first started dedicating our time with eachother more.. the getting to know you stage before we kissed or held hands or called eachother bf/gf). that was a couple weeks ago. he hasn't said it back yet... but i just know he does it depends on the relationship, and the people, and the situation.. heh.
