Although I have no actual experience with it, I've heard it described as a noticeable sort of notch like bump. To stimulate it you massage it kinda like you would the g-spot or something.

While I haven't used the Aneros I can vouch that prostate stimulation is very intense... It will certainly not be for everyone (too many hang-ups with their anus and the "dread" fear that it means they are gay) it is the male g-spot.
