Conjugal visits
This question came to my mind, when I was reading about Mark Chapman, who killed John Lennon. He has been imprisoned since 1981.

Secondly, how do you feel about part that says bad behaviour might disqualify prisoner from having this visit? Can this be interpreted as extortion? Should inmates have subjective right to these visits?

Dude the justice system is messed up 6 ways to sunday. They serve shitty food so that the inmates pay money they get from family and friends at the cantina, kind of like a food store in prison that has better food than what they'd normally get. My friend got sent to prison without even seeing a judge first. And it was a first offense (not to mention he isn't guilty and they haven't a shred of evidence.
