Holy shit, Starlost!
I was mulling over starting a thread asking for the name of that show. I never saw more than a clip as a kid but have been curious about it ever since. More so since Stargate SGU started with its mysterious ship plotline. Was it any good? There are lots of sci-fi babes but the first one that came to my mine is this one:   Mary Tamm as Romana I on Doctor Who. So many companions...

This thread need some men.
Julian Sands always stood out as a mega hottie to me, and I am not into blonds.  I am a Star Trek nerd, so of course Spock is on my list.  Gary Oldman as Dracula.  I can't forget Quentin (David Selby) from Dark Shadows.

 Linda Harrison of Planet of the Apes  Caroline Munro of Starcrash and At the Earth's Core  This chick was in some SciFi film as well I think...  Apparently, in the future, women will wear less and less clothing. This is a good thing. ETA: Also, it's nice to know that when humanity has been subjugated by the apes, the hot chicks will still make the effort to shave their legs.

My favorite all-time sexiest sci-fi (ok, time travel counts as sci-fi) chic: Jane Seymour in Somewhere in Time.
 Alice Krige as the Borg Queen in STNG First Contact:  Alice Krige also made a damn fine Lady Jessica in Children of Dune:  And the first on-screen Lady Jessica was hawt, Francesca Annis in Lynch's Dune  The all-time original hottie in a mini is Nichelle Nichols as Lt. Uhura from Star Trek TOS  All-time hottie in a leather body suit: Diana Rigg as Emma Peel in The Avengers  Sexiest black body suit and corset combo is Selene's (Kate Beckinsale) in the Underworld trilogy.
