i think i'm gonna challenge myself.

today is july fourth. i am challenging myself to not masturbate at all for the next week. if i succeed, i'll extend that to another week, ad infinitum. if i fail, i'l re-initiate the challenge from the day of the falling and document it in this thread.


so who wants to join me? post the current date and your personal challenge. if you fall, don't sweat it, but be sure to document it. i know it's strange saying i'm not gonna wank with the titty board lurking so near, but that's why we call it a challenge. so who's "up" to the challenge?

On a side note, wouldn't it be absolutly fantastic if masturbating (or other sexual relations) was a form of excercise, such as you excercise any other muscle, and that the more you did, or more strenously you did it, your "muscle" would grow and it'd increase your sperm count and you have stronger/longer orgasms and so on....

another note. does anyone know how much time it'd take to "build up a full load" or does it change for different people. For me generally i generally masturbate every few days and theres normally quite a bit, but i never know if its a "full load" or not. And having sex numerous times in a few hours, you load gets steadily less and less, obviously...

so anyone know what an average cycles is?

if they could statistically find the population average of the number of times people masturbated for each sex, i wonder what the ratio would be (between maless and females)? maybe we could conduct such an analysis here. You only need a few samples to assume a normal distribution and such. would be interesting
its also harder if you don't have a common and loving partner to do stuff with. :(

sex is not only for procreation, but for pleasure and an act of making love which is more than just procreation. Though i don't think masturbating is making love (making love to yourself, doesn't sound right), its more about pleasuring yourself, just like you would if you bought anice piece of cake or something to eat :)

i think addiction has a negative connatation to it, but if i was addicted to spreading love and good will, i don't think that is bad. So that addiction statement is not valid for me. eh, i don't really care or value that christian stuff. I am and we all are, our own gods, as we have the ability to impose life and make choices for ourselves. hmm this is getting of the topic of the competition at hand

About a month ago I didn't wank it for 3 weeks straight. I think that's the longest I've gone. What's the challenge? If you can have sex, but not masturbate, wouldn't we all like to do that? I don't masturbate when I have a girlfriend. It's just when I'm alone, I need something to do and something to take care of that need.

If you don't have to give up having sex then the challenge is pointless.

the whole point (how many times do i need to say this) is to get people away from wanking and back into bed with their better halves. good for you that you don't wank when you're with someone. not everyone is wired that way.
