I want to get my fwb a pair of vibrating panties(yes, with remocte control of course), but Im not sure what kind to get.

Anyone got any expericence with them? I want someothing with multiple speeds, and preferably no big bulky battery pack that has to stay with the panties.

Everything I've ever heard about them fell into one of these categories:

1: they're too loud to be discrete
2: they're too weak or don't position the vibe properly to do anything
3: they're too bulky to be discrete
4: are they supposed to break after three uses? Everyone who posted a review online also had this happen

Hmmm...I didn't even know they made vibrating panties. You learn something new every day.

Vibrating panties can be hard to buy - mainly because all women measure slightly differently - the clitoral stimulator can be too far forward, too far back, too direct or too oblique. Is one of the main problems women seem to have when buying a vaginal stimulator with attachments designed for clitoral stimulation.

I would advise going for a wireless internal vibrator something kinda like

They tend to be much more effective (for me anyways). Just make sure when they're not in use you clean them and remove the batteries or they do tend to go dead quickly (the batteries not the toys)

On a side note if you're shopping for vibrators there's a company around atm Lelo - swedish made vibrators that come with a year long service guarantee, they're probably a bit pricey for a FwB unless you guys think your arrangement will last long term but they're absolutely amazing!

I would recommend a remote control butterfly vibrator. Strap it right where you need to, apparently they are quite quiet and not terribly bulky either.

The wireless vibrating egg looks promising. My wife has never been to a mens club, but is curious to go, & I'm thinking that the wireless egg would certainly make the evening more interesting. Will the egg stay put in the vagina during orgasm if panties are worn?

Yes, yes they will - my So and I tend to use ours alot.

Well I did ask the SO about it (he works in an adult store so he's a pretty reliable source of information) and he said that he would avoid the vibrating panties and go for the egg instead - generally something with 1 or two speed settings as all the ones he has encoutered with more then that tend to break fairly quickly.

Just to make sure, the multi speed egg will break fairly quickly or are you still talking about the panties?

Clitoral vibe worked couple of times on her and now it no longer helps! I also may try the vibrating egg...

Any of you tried the simple benwa balls? Are they fun?

skyfire I was talking about the new 7 speed / frequency eggs you can get, apparently they're fairly frequently returned because they break (not sure why any breakages get sent back to the maufacturer at all the places I know).

People I know that have tried the vibrating panty either love it or hate it - the smaller ones tend to get a more favourable response but they're not the quietest of toys (since they have nothing to muffle the noise as opposed to the eggs which have the womans body)

Personally I never get tired of a clitoral vibe but over use of anything that vibrates can desensitise the clitoris. maybe leave it for a bit and then reintroduce it spontaneously when you know she's close to orgasm? In the mean time you could try intensifying or heating gels (generally vaso-dilators which increase the blood flow and therefore sensitivity) that might help - but might not.

Benwa balls are used by a few people I know - if you mean the strong of pearls type arrangement they can be loads of fun (I use them at work for toy shows) but if you buy the small ones - seperate balls usually two - be careful, some of them do have a metallic centre and are then coated in another substance - they WILL set off metal detectors (most embarassing thing ever!)
