I prefer chubby. Seeing a chick's ribcage turns me off.
Chubby girls just look like they know how to enjoy life. By enjoying life I don't mean compulsive overeating, but in general not worrying about eating more than an apple for breakfast. Eat the fucking muffin. None of us lives forever. Being too thin is something I associate, perhaps unfairly, with having a stick up one's ass. |

Now too much is not in a bad sense. It just means it is abundant. You dont need that to get hot or like a girl. Now what turns me really ON is how much it is against gravity. So mostly smallers ones are against gravity and I like them more -----Added 28/9/2008 at 02 : 55 : 44----- now please do not assume I hate big boobs or hangers!!! |
Every individual can go a different way for me. Usually it depends more on the face than the body. But, ya, in general I like fit women. But hey, I'm rather lean myself and am very active.
|
Girls are either attractive or they're not... weight has only a small amount to do with that.

Chubby women... YAY! Women in general... YAY! but mostly, YAY for women who can be themselves and enjoy it.
|
That picture with the baby-, mama- and papa-bear sized women is completely unrealistic. I can't believe how much it has already been discussed without more than one person saying it was photoshopped. I mean COME ON. I don't know where you all hang out, but I don't know any women the size of lady C who is in perfect proportion like that without looking muscular anywhere on her body. They ALL look fake because none of them have muscles! But most especially B & C. I could see A being a real photo because you can starve yourself to look like that, but when you get into the territory of B & C - it's virtually impossible to keep those proportions without working out and having muscles. They've obviously been smoothed out for the picture.
These improbably-shaped women have managed to help frame this thread in a way that health (and size) are determined solely by diet. Their sizes are irrelevant to their attractiveness. I mean, doesn't everybody know how our bodies like to gain fat in special places determined by our genes but that when we lose it, we lose it evenly all over our bodies? As women grow older, they don't just put on a few pounds... they look different because of all the ups and downs through life. I have been trying to "smooth my belly" for years, but now that it is actually getting smaller, I have lost so much fat all over my body that I am pretty sure my boobs have shrunk a good deal and my arms would look really bony if it weren't for the muscle. We are all shaped the way we are shaped, and based on that, we tend to look better at certain sizes. For instance, a woman who carries the weight in her hips (which is a traditionally womanly place to have curves) can put on a LOT more weight than I can before looking out of shape because I have always had narrow boy hips and a lower belly that sticks out. When I put on 5 lbs. of fat, I look disproportionately unhealthy. Anyway, I could go on about this forever. My point is that the pictures are fake and size is moot. It's about relative proportions and where a woman wears the fat on her body. |
I have had my share of each. I like the middle of the spectrum.
|
I don't mind a little meat on the bones, but obese is disgusting. I don't like cottage cheese, and I don't like an inordinate amount of rolls. But at the same time, too skinny is disgusting as well. It seems to me that most of the people on this thread prefer a middle ground.
WARNING! THREADJACK AHEAD! KEEP RIGHT! Someone brought up models. Most models are unnattractive. They're waaaay too skinny. Waaaay too tall (I'm 6'1", and so I'm actually somewhat intimidated by girls taller than me), and many are just ugly as sin anyway, not that I'm god's gift to women or anything like that. END RANT. LEFT LANE REOPENS 20 YARDS. |
Felix, most women have cellulite somewhere. It just happens. I've met super-skinny girls who were freaked out by "orange peel" skin on their asses.
And once you get it, it's super hard to lose as a female. I won't say anything for men, because I don't know. I don't like super-cut persons of either gender. I considered myself obese at 220, and completely unhealthy at 128. I looked like my head was going to fall off my neck. It was obscene. But a lot of people still feel that 5'6" and 128 is a "healthy" weight. That being said, even when I had a strong muscular base, I looked "bigger" than average because of the extra looseness from when I weighed significantly more. I'd rather be healthy and strong, no matter what it makes me look like compared to the atractiveness average. I've moved from building muscle to working on endurance partly because the moment I failed to properly address a muscle group, that area got big and soft. Which annoyed me personally. I don't know what it did to my perceived attractiveness. It makes me sad that my ex could not see past part of the weight issue and focused on poundage (there were other issues that compounded this) than health. He fell out when I told him that in one of the pictures that he felt I looked "a little too skinny" I was at 143. Ack, off topic. I am attracted to people that are comfortable in their skin, real, not afraid to walk around with clothes off and those who focus on their health. Not to obsession, but are conscious. I loved him when he was 220 and paunchy and when he was 195 and significantly trimmer and muscular. I like really, really strong healthy brains, too... not chubby brains. |
That picture by Willravel is kind of a set up. The spectrum is as wide as all the 256*256*256 colors in the RGB scale. There is no way I can choose by not hurting someone's feelings. That said, I wouldn't make a bee line for any of the girls faster than the other but C is looking mighty good for me right about now! |
Hurting someone's feelings? You choose which is more attractive to you. I don't remember if I posted in this thread. Number B for me. Middle girls is perfect body-wise unless she doesn't have an ass. Then she's only perfect from the front.

I have been reading this tread with interest. In the second reply it is asserted that men that "can't look past a few extra pounds" are "hopelessly shallow". Wouldn't then men who can't look past a bony ribcage also be hopelessly shallow? Or for that matter, those who exclude any "type" for a sexual encounter? The OP didn't strike me as asking about friends, but about what turns us on. I can be friends with anybody, but I don't want to fuck everybody. I mean, my parents (in their 70's) have great friends that are single, and I enjoy them thoroughly, but I don't want to sleep with them, and that doesn't make me shallow.
If you know what puts lead in your pencil (or whatever), and you're honest with yourself about it, it's really nobody's business unless you make it so. If someone has no problem getting laid, what do they care if there are people in the world that don't find them attractive as sex partners? Obviously from the posts here, there are plenty of people with varying tastes to take care of everyone. |
Yeah, this thread still makes me feel awkward.
Edit: I am still not skinny like "A" in the photo. I have some fat on my bones, but I am petite. Short, with a small waist. I have trouble finding clothing small enough for me sometimes, and it makes me sad. Dress Barn? Can't shop there. Their size 4 is like 2 sizes too large for me, while a size 4 elsewhere (NY&Co, for example) fits perfectly. Size 4 at some other stores is way too small, and it makes shopping difficult. I am not what most people would call a size 2, but that's what most of the labels on my work clothes tell me. I also find it interesting to note that some of the male posters here don't like skinny/small girls, yet commented favorably on my exhibition thread. Were you just lying to make me feel good, guys? :( |
A. can be used to study skeletal structure. You can't.
|
My friend is bone thin.. has been mistaken for anorexic tons of times, but she's not. But, she also gets tons of guys wanting her.
I, on the other hand, am on the chubster side. My ideal weight is 140 lbs (I'm 5'2"). What kind of body is that? Probably like a C. |
Quote:
Yeah, if you're a 4 in terms of sizes (the same as Mrs. Highthief), you're probably quite like model B, and a lot more likely to be mistaken for A rather than C. For the record, I've been commenting favourably on both your pics and model B! |
Yeah, PP, you're definitely more like B than A. Besides, A is fine, just not a preference is all. Plus, these are just generic examples. There are so many other factors that could make an A stunning or a B unattractive :)
|
Turns out it's politically incorrect to have a body type preference. All kinds of issues with this topic.
... Yeah, I demand a rear view of the models before I vote. I know for a fact that Model A has an ass like mine (like two slices of white bread stuck together). Eeeh, nobody wants that. ... A, B, C? I've been with 'em all and as long as you've got muscle underneath the padding... C girls are as fun as B girls. Diet, exercise, and overall health... not just the shape. You can't judge a car without looking under the hood. You can have any body type and still be an unhealthy weakling... or you can be athletic and hourglass'd. |
I'm built almost exactly like C. I've dieted down to B a few times, but I was miserable and frankly, not all that much more attractive. I concentrate now on lifting weights and fighting gravity with muscle growth. Works for me.
|
I'd go for C, personally I like chubby women as long as it's a 'healthy chubby',there's alot more to love .
|
I'd like to believe that it shouldn't matter. Having dated a couple of girls with some more fat on them, though, I realize it does for me.
|
Well I fit more into the rib cage genre it seems. I prefer skinny for myself personally due to family genetics and for personal confidenc. My moms side has a lot of really large people who struggle with their weight constantly and even more so with losing it if they fall off the bandwagon. I suppose I'm concerned that if I were to let myself go I wouldn't be able to get back to where I am now. Luckily I'm dating someone who loves how I look, and vice versa. We're healthy together and we stay active. That's what works for us.
I feel more confident being slim as a girl. I'm also quite active and lead an outdoorsy lifestyle so being chubby would put a damper on many of the things I enjoy like rock climbing, hiking, biking etc. |
This gets to what I mean about other factors. How skinny or chubby someone is is less important than whether or not their weight fits their body type, and how toned they are. You're an athletic skinny, which is always a good thing. Nothing wrong with being able to see some ribcage if that's where your healthy weight is.
|
i like different types for different reasons... for me the primary ? is "how well taken care of or kept" are they. there's some heavier girls that have these great faces and get all flushed when they're happy, and they're knockouts. but then there's the insecure negative obese lady that doesn't feel normal unless she has something to worry about or stress over... they have this kind of pale sallow face thats hideous to me.
then on the skinny end of the spectrum, there's acrobatic and healthy, and then theres' scarecrow nervous chihuahua self esteem issues girl. it's most about how you carry yourself and attitude conveyance that makes you shine or repel, i guess. i don't like many euphemisms like "curvy" because the more negative crowd hides behind it to keep themselves from having to make positive or healthier changes to themselves. same deal with an unhealthy bone-y girl calling herself petite. |
Love em!!!!

im skinny, my girl is chubby. i love her, and thats all there is to it. size matters not to some (to an extent, at least.)
|
To be fair, I haven't read the whole thread. I've read enough, though, to get the idea that most of the men here consider "Girl C" to be a good example of chubby. I do not agree. She's the only girl in that line up that i find attractive, but she's on the small end of my preference. Don't get me wrong, I'd have sex with either of the other two, but I would not be calling.
I do not find skinny girls attractive, because every experience I've had with skinny girls has led me to believe that no skinny girl has a personality I can actually date and be happy with. I understand this is a gross generalization, but I'd rather just stick to the chubby girls I get along with (and find incredibly sexy, by the way) than risk my happiness on another skinny bitch who has no respect for, or real interest in me. This may make me just as shallow as any person who will instantly discount a fat girl because of her size, but it keeps me happy. That's what's important to me, anyhow... Plus, I like huge boobs, and most skinny girls don't come standard with those installed. |
punk, have I told you lately that I love you?
I'll be honest, I think all three girls are attractive. I'm built more like the third girl, though, and I tend to, when I'm looking at other girls, like those with more curves. *shrug* |
You haven't, and this is certainly not the post I would've figured to garner that response...
I'll take it where I can get it, though. Love you too, pretty lady! |
My preference is B, but don't find the other examples hideous by any means.
That's all it is though - preference! |
Yea!! since I am a chubby girl. Go Chubby!! For the win!
