Woah woah woah... Before we start advising this man to use his mouth, hands, arms, etc... we should make sure that he, in fact, has those appendages. We don't know if he was born without a mouth and must snort all his food through a straw in his nose - for example.

What the other posters have suggested is pretty much spot on, but I do have one hint. Instead of starting off with a little light foreplay, jumping straight into the sex, and then trying to help her to multiple orgasms, try mixing things up. Start off with foreplay, then use your fingers or your mouth to bring her to orgasm once or even twice, and then start the actual intercourse.
I don't know about you, but once my guy comes he pretty much goes into Basking Mode and all he feels up for is some mumbling and some stroking before he goes to sleep. Being in a mood like that makes doing anything for about a half hour to an hour, even going to get a drink, seem like a chore. To avoid feeling like you're being made to pleasure your girlfriend and seeing her as "demanding" try to start off with her.
