Every time I follow a link to or visit a site like Redtube or Tube 8 there's always an AdultFriendFinder ad banner that reads something like "Meet chicks who want to fuck you tonight in Merida." Merida's the closest large city to me. In the ad Merida is often misspelled and the girls are usually taken from the video clips. I never really paid that much attention to them until one day I was watching a video of some vintage 50-60's footage. I glanced over at the ad only to see a grainy B&W photo of the girl from the clip. The ad stated she was 26, Bi and on-line right now. I almost couldn't stop laughing.

Funny thing about AFF and the like is that they can tell where on the Internet you're coming from, so they create fake ads that try to seem real to make you take the bait. There are certainly some women that are into random fucking of guys, but I doubt they're going to advertise given the sheer volume of willing guys. (just to state the obvious)

Its a clever ploy to separate your money from your wallet, 99% of the time, I have to believe.

A good place is wherever you enjoy spending your time. If a girl is already in the same community, you're bound to share something in common (whatever binds the community together). My advice is to join some sort of local Meet Up group where your interest (perhaps expertise) in a subject is noticeable and cross-gender interaction is expected.

If you are a yoga fanatic, join a yoga club. If you are a hippy environmentalist, join a hippy environmentalist club. There's a solid chance that several females joined said club for the purpose of hooking up with males such as yourself.

Yes, there really are real ladies at AFF. I have contacted and conversed with quite a few of them. Very attractive ones, too. But, I'm a woman so it's easier for me. That might be true in the states, down here I'm not so sure. I rarely meet a expat that's not already in my social circle. Though it's possible, I guess, you might see an ad and it would end up being someone you know, just didn't know what their interests were.

As far as the locals- I've had a couple bad experiences with the Mexican locals. I think this is partly due to my lack of understanding not only the language but the culture. I didn't come down here seriously looking, but in the back of my tiny brain I figured I've have a companion by now. The two times I've seen locals it's been one implosion and one explosion. Drama seems to drive the M/F culture down here, I don't get it. Well I get some of it, but what I get I don't like. Drama, drama, drama- none for me thanks.

So, I think it's important to:
1. treat the women like they are more than just an advertisment - there are real women behind the ads (except for the ones who are not, lol - some really are just ads; and some of them aren't women at all!)

3. realize that these women are probably getting 40+ emails a day from men and most of them are coming across as either, sleazy (like Dimitri, the lover, heh) or dull and unimaginative.
