Prancing around nekkid.....
Well, not really prancing, more like just being naked around the house.
OK, so I had some work to do in the shop yesterday, and being as hot as it is, I decided that with no one around, I'd shed the clothes. Actually, with the fans going, it felt good to have the breeze cover me. It wasn't really a sexual thing, just comfortable. Anyhow, that was a first for me, although I am not bashful about going around the house naked for a glass of water or the like. (Provided it's just me and the wife.) I was just wondering if anyone else here goes around sans clothing in their own home, or even at other places, more than "necessary"? If so, what is it about going naked that does it for you? |

i have roommates, so not normally, however, I'm on vacation with a lovely lady; i finally put some pants on today to take the trash out.

I frequently run around in my natural state, especially in the morning, especially in the summer.
And then, I dance! :D (usually in the bathroom, for the mirror). :blush: |
Naked is good. Of course now with a 2 year old girl around the house, I get the "Wazzat?" "Touchit?" and then grab a robe.

We're fans of prancing around naked in our apartment, especially on weekends... I dread the day when we start to have kids and have to act all proper again. :(

Hey I say if you are home and alone (or with a spuce) its okay to go around naked. I mean its your place. Me and my man are are naked 90% of the time we are home lol. So of course we have the "call before you come over" rule. People wonder why we get pissed if they stop by unnanounced lol.

No, I like my clothes. it's too cold in my house to be naked at any time of the year. and the times it's over 30+, i still wouldn't do it because i'm more comfortable with my clothes on.

I hate the feeling of clothing. If I do wear clothes they are usually loose fitting.

I don't prance much, but I love wearing nothing or next to nothing around the house. It's not always practical, especially during the winter months, when it makes much more sense to pile on layers of clothing and save money on heating.
I find a lot of clothing uncomfortable and restrictive (even jeans and many long-sleeved shirts), yet I don't like warm weather... so I have a strange relationship with clothing. In most cases, I wear as little as possible. Some people have trouble understanding this, but thankfully the people I lived with in residence last year were an ...open... bunch. |

I don't "prance" so much... unless there's about to be some lovin' involved, in which case I'm giddy as hell. But I do love being naked! (Nekkid is sans clothing while also being up to something, and I like that too.)

I'm usually naked when nobody's home, if my brother is around I'll throw on boxers and if my mom's home I'll add a shirt.

I enjoy being naked, but my girlfriend has a 5 year old boy so I normally only go buck late at night when he is asleep. But in the summer the whole house of us just walks around in our underwear, its too damn hot to wear anything else.

Hell, I'm naked right now.
I don't wear footwear or socks indoors. I refuse to wear shirts indoors at my own place. And often pants depending on my schedule. I keep a towel handy in case I have to answer the door. I can't figure out how people wear clothes all day every day. Icky-poo. |
The cats always give me weird looks when I do that.

Chasey and I are naked lots around the house. I figure if the neighbors peek over the fence and don't like what they see, it is their fault for peeking.
I was in the front yard on Sunday afternoon (also fenced) and it struck me all of a sudden how weird it was. I was vacuuming pine needles out of a riverstone / rockbed that we have. I also happened to be naked. I was bent over with my butt to the front gate with a shop vac hose vacuuming rocks. I bet if anyone came calling at that moment they would have an interesting story to tell the rest of the 'hood. |
Before kids: naked most of the time in the warmer months.
With kids: not a chance. |
I don't treat naked like the plague. We don't "prance around," but we have been known to walk around in the altogether. My children see the wife and I naked all the time and you know, it ain't no biggie. Being naked in front of your kids will not harm them. Conversely, it is a proven fact that being super-secretive about your uncovered flesh will turn your kiddos into little perverts. No kidding.:)

I find it a bit strange that so many of you walk around naked in front of your kids. I, for one, would not want to see my parents naked. Ever.
The closest I go to being naked is going to the kitchen in my underwear in the mornings. Otherwise I wear shorts and house flip flops. Usually with a wifebeater. |
It's great until you have kids, then you have a lot to explain to the police.

I like being in my undies, although my roomies probably wouldn't care for me walking around in them all the time.
When JS and I are together we're often without garments. It's nice. |

I live with my parents, my younger brother and my 1-year-old son, so no naked prancing for me :(
