I've heard different things regarding what's exactly in "it," but my Biology professor did mention the significance of the Skene's Gland in women, and how it is homologous to the male prostate gland. So lets say it's a sexy mix of urine and female prostate fluid.

It seems that very little research has been done on this wonderful phenomenon. The verdict is still out as to whether it is urine or not.

Yeah, it's not pee. I've asked five different doctors, and all of them have affirmed while there are some women who lose bladder control with strong orgasms, this is completely different than so-called "female ejaculation." Also, I can vouch that it doesn't smell like pee, and although I obviously have never tasted pee, it doesn't taste like what I would assume pee would taste like. It's like watery girl juice.
