Male Hygiene
I've recently come to change my position concerning the maintence of my lower body hair. I never used to trim, but I've been persuaded to begin doing so as a matter of both presentation and hygiene. More importantly, what really sold me on the idea is how much I appreciate a well maintained nether on my female partners and it just seemed like it ought to a matter of fairness or tit-for-tat. If I appreciate it so much then shouldn't I also recipricate and go to that minor trouble myself? Anyway, I was interested about what everyone here thinks about shaving/trimming. For men, do you maintain yourself; and if so to what extent? For women, do you appreciate/expect maintenance; and if so, again, to what extent?

I am a naturalist and I love everything about a man's body hair. From the first time I saw my SO's body (we exchanged lots of pics before we met ) I begged him not to touch a hair. He had said that he thought about shaving. He was happy to oblige me. Mmmmm, gawd I can't think about that here.

I trim at the top to leave a patch just above my penis. And I shave every where else--even my ass. I feel so damn good and sexy. Seriously.
Afros are out man.

I keep it neat and short. My wife likes it that way. Tried the full on shave once, she wasn't too keen on it
Side Note: When it starts to grow back (after a full shave) she hates it because she gets a brazilian wax, so it pokes her something nasty when its prickly, so gotta keep it all gone, or let it out.

Shaved is a nice bonus for ball-licking/sucking, but it's not a requirement by any means. I usually don't even notice how much hair he has. Now, if I was going to be doing any rimming, I might be more inclined if the ass was bare and not hairy... but we don't do that very often anyway.
Personally, I've never waxed and only shaved a couple of times (very itchy and annoying when I did), but I do keep it trim most of the time. I like seeing and feeling hair on both him and myself... but if he wanted me to wax, of course he'd have to do it along with me. That's just the way things work with me... no double standards. Now, regular showering and washing up down there is something I do prefer, but that's a given for most people (I would assume). The sweat and smell of unwashed penis or pussy isn't high on most people's lists, I think...

I have discovered that I much prefer a trim to a shave on the hubby, as I go completely bare, and his pricklies (lol!) can be very distracting and even a bit painful. I have no complaints whatsoever to a good trim.

Not shaved clean, but certainly close cropped every few weeks.

If you maintain regular hygiene there will be no problem with objectionable odor around the genitals.

I've shaved my shaft and balls for a few years now and I love it. Ever since I started I've enjoyed oral sex a lot more. My current and last girlfriend also enjoy it. The rest of the hair I just keep trimmed.

My problem: I like shaved, but I have really hairy legs. So to even it out a bit I find I have to trim up my upper legs/thighs a bit to make it less of a contrast.. Sucks but works, anyone have a better hairy leg solution other than shaving legs? Cause that aint happening.

I can't believe I'm one of only two women here who voted for natural.
