How many do you think don't? I'm curious.

I personally like it. I don't look at it everyday or even every week, but if someone gives a link and it's on a site, I will look.

I listened to a radio show the other day about these two discjocky's that cracked down on this young girl for catching her b/f watching porn. She did a "history" by accident and saw that he looked a Asian Porn. Asian girls. Well, naturally she wasn't Asian and felt insecure about it.

These two men tore her apart! It was kind of amusing really. Especially since I'd give anything if the Boss would look at porn! All the women call ins said how rough they were on the girl and all I thought about was, "Man, I'd give ANYTHING if the boss would look at porn!" Heh. I wonder what those two men would of thought of me! Heh. Probably would have asked my age, no doubt! Heh.

Before you think that I am not married to a "real" man, think twice. He loves babe watching. He doesn't have a boat just for fishing I can tell ya that!

Anyway, so how many of you ladies think your b/f...husband's watch porn? If they don't, why do you think they don't?

And gentlemen, how often do you look at porn? And if you don't, then why? I'm curious.

If the Boss is looking at porn, I don't know where his is looking at it! It can't be at work (he has no access to internet), he has no magazines..........at least not "those" kind.

I just think since it's not accessible to him, he doesn't look at it.

One night I put all these porn sites in his favorites. He started clicking on BassMasters and all those other sites/boards that he likes to look at and hollers, "DEAR!!!! DEAR!!!!!!" I run into the extra bedroom and say, "What is it?" He says, "What is this? And this? Did you put this on here?" I laugh and said, "Ya dag gum straight, I did!" He grinned and I left him to it.

It wasn't even 5 minutes and he yells, "DEAR!! Get this off of here! Eeeggghh!!" I'm laughing thinking his is joking, right? Well, leave it up to him to get all the huge fat gal ones! How he managed that, I will never know!

When I've mentioned it since, he shakes his head and says, "I ain't taking no more chances dear. That like to have ruined me for life."

Oh brother.

I would estimate that about 90% of men look at porn, minimum. I do remember those days at school though when masturbation was really frowned upon and everyone denied doing it. Apparently it makes you go blind.

That's a pretty good estimate Mark. I would actually think AT LEAST that many men would. Especially in this day and time where they would have more access to it.


I do have to wear glasses to drive or watch a movie/tv, but I'm not completely blind yet! So, without mentioning my age...........I think it's safe to say that might be myth. **cough**

I look at porn, but only occassionally. I cannot find any really hot looking girls in porn anymore. When I masturbate I mostly think of past sexual experiences.

he doesnt really look at it....mainstream porn does nothing for him cause he doesnt find anything worth looking at with all the girls being skinny (he cant stand when he can see any bone sticking out on a girl anywhere)

I look at porn probably more than most guys, I still have a HUGE sex drive at 38 years of age. I like all different kinds but mostly prefer amature stuff, like the girl-next-door type. I masturbate often and my wife sometimes helps, or just likes to watch. She enjoys sometimes watching porn with me, but then it tends to be more of the girl-on-girl porn. And she has a thing for girls who can squirt....interesting i guess. but THAT is something for another thread I am sure! I personally find it upsetting (in MY opinion) that some women get upset if their guy watches porn. Too many ladies that I know seem to think it is no different than cheating, but I disagree. I do understand if they get upset if he is spending more time watching porn than spending it with their wife tho!...lol

i have a feeling demographically that you'll find that men in certain age groups porn watching will line up with their typical sex drives. It seems to make sense to me that 50-60 year old men aren't going to be as interested in watching porn as much as someone 18-30.

Being in the 18-30 range, I think it's highly unlikely you'll find men that age that don't look at porn regularily if they have the means to do so. If you have internet at your hope, or a DVD player with a store within driving distance, you're going to watch with various levels of regularity. I have the internet at home (like most people in America I guess) and watch if not every day, every other day. I have the sites I like to visit and a collection on my HD.

So unless you were raised in an ultra conservative home where sex is wrong and is only for married couples to produce offspring and never grew out of that... men will look at naked women. It's part of our identity.

I personally don't give a care if my boyfriend looks at porn, in fact, we send each other porn links sometimes.
I know that everyone has their reasons, but I seriously can't understand why women get offended when their husband/boyfriend looks at porn. They don't do it because they feel their partner is inadequate.
There are bigger and better things to worry about in life other than how many titties your SO has seen.

While I agree that for a lot of people porn is not viewed due to an inadequacy of ones partner, some people do look for precisely that reason. I think that worries some women.

I'll give you my perspective on it. I get mad when my husband looks at porn because - in my eyes, our sex life is lacking. We go at it maybe once a week. If I find he's been looking at porn, while I'm lying in bed willing and able...my angry red-head genes start to come out! I'd LOVE to watch porn with my husband. I just don't want him watching it and getting off, leaving me unsatisfied

I went two weeks without watching it in August. But I was far away from my computer/Internet at the time.

jth, You also left out the 14-18 guy age range. I'd bet that it is much more common that even young guys are looking at it. I know I did back in 1995 when I was 15.

If I was in a relationship, I would probably cut back a lot. I would still watch some, but I wouldn't neglect my girlfriend. It would be fun to watch it with someone else, but there is some porn that might not be girlfriend material.

I didn't want to do a poll for a reason. I think it is more interesting to hear others views/opinions on the topic. Multiple choice doesn't take much effort and I find when I do them (and I do occasionally) there isn't much interaction with each other. However, anyone is welcome to start one.

Talking about 15 yr olds............my son once attempted to talk about wet dreams with me. After much mumbling and stumbling through the discussion, I asked, "Wouldn't you rather ask your father about this kind of thing honey?" He tried not to laugh, but couldn't help it. He said, "Oh mom. You are wonderful! You really are! That was priceless." Then I realized he did it on purpose! The turkey!

I think when you are secure in your relationships, that you can be more openminded. If you don't have a foundation of trust/faith, it's going to be rocky at best no matter the issue.

So, here we are back to my question, "How many men don't look at porn?" A few say not any(meaning ALL men do), myself and another say it might be because they don't have access, and some say that they really don't look at it all that much, and then there are those that are not in a relationship, therefore they do it more.

Question for those of you that just HAD to bring up the age thing! Heh. Do you think more men look at porn at a younger age, or because they older and wife is busy with kids/activities...etc., or that maybe they just like it? Or can it be a combination?

Although the above sounds like it should be a poll, I'd like to hear from all age groups and their opinions.

Porn is printed and sold on VHS/DVD you know... accessibility isn't really an issue, if you live in a country with decent living standards.

Even my guy friends who you wouldn't expect to have looked at it still had some traces on their computer. Now, there might be guys who go months or years without looking at it, maybe they have a very good sex life and don't feel that it is needed.

How many guys are really opposed to it, I have one friend that I really, really doubt would watch it. He is really religious and with a conservative wife and two kids. But, I could always be surprised. One of my wild friends was surprised at what sites I told him about when he showed me some sites he thought were good. He would have never thought I would have been the type to look at it.

Being 20 years of age and many miles away from the g/f...daily. ^_^ I'd definitely say its an access issue for guys that don't do it very often, or they're in a great relationship.

Outside activities can affect the disire to though. I went 3 months one summer without masturbating at all when I was in a Drum and Bugle Corp. I was just exausted all the time and it wasn't an issue of not being able too, I just didn't even think about it.

Age wise, I'd say the change in habits is mostly just quality. Speaking from limited experience obviously, but I don't foresee much of a change in the amount I watch as I get older, but after 5-6 years of trying to sift through the free stuff I'm almost, if I had some money to spare ^_^, willing to start paying for better quality.

I'd say is mostly outside influences that change the amount. Age is proportional to the quality.

My husband has this interesting habit of downloading porn and then never actually looking at what he downloads after he downloads it. I think that probably I watch more of what he's downloaded than he does.... and I don't watch very much.

It's not the first time I've been with a guy that does this either... My last two boyfriends where chronic downloaders, but they rarely ever touched what they downloaded... The thrill was in the chase of the porn, not the actual porn apparently.

In my experience "All men/boys watch porn", and those who say they don't are either too insecure to admit it, or they're worried their SO is *too insecure to respond very rationally*. Otherwise they consider (or justify a lie by thinking) "watching porn" as being like an avid enthusiast. ; ) I'm also convinced many women watch it at least occasionally. I don't think I know any guy who doesn't look at porn. Even my most deeply religious friends still do. I'd say the frequency depends on access and relationship status. My collection tends to grow a lot faster when I'm single and have a fast internet connection.
