Lubrication and Female stimulates, what’s good?
Currently, my girl was getting shit from her family that she is giving it to me to easy, (granted we waited a year, for each other at least; before doing anything). So she decided to wait 2 weeks for sex, and go for foreplay and talk. This has driven me crazy, loving it, but crazy. Now I understand that the both of us have been sluts in the past and since I want something new I decided that lubricants and stimulates would be a good start.
Looking on the net the most popular lubricant is one with a “Warming agent”. I have used something like this in the past but it seems that there are different types. Since I am new to the whole ordeal of lubricant, are there special types that feel better or worse? Also I am seeing this type of stimulate called “excite” which is suppose to enhance female orgasms. Has anyone used this stimulate? Is it good? |
Stimulating lubricants generally have menthol in them. Think about how your mouth feels just after you brushed your teeth and that's how they make your lady's bits feel.
Mmmmmmm. Tingly. :D |
If you go the methol route(which is fucking awesome!!!!) becareful because the mint cream for guys are alot stronger than the ones for girls. In hind site this makes sence because of the different skin down there, but I found out the hard way when I put the guys mint cream on me...it felt like I dumped cool mint listerine or something down there. No sex that night, just tears......

Menthol hmmm.... is there a perfered type for women that is not to strong? I see that Durex makes one, I used the warming brand by them yesterday and it went quite well.
|
I don't know about menthol but I like the KY warming massage stuff. I have issues with some lubes driying but the ky warming massage oil/lube is oily and so it doesn't get as messy as some waterbased lubes.
I'm gonna need to go buy menthol now haha. ;) |
Mr. Daniel is right, it is usually menthol. Try this instead...
ALTOIDS!!!!! Cheap, effective and oh so tingly. Poprocks.... again tingly and cheap Ice Cube.... warm and cool sensations all at once.... and it doesnt get any cheaper than ice! |
whatever you do do NOT put icy hot on your junk... trust me... I know
|
Last time, which was the only time, my girlfriend and I used a warming lubrication we both had an allergic reaction to it. We are forever bound to just have hot, hot, hot, warming lubricationless sex. Oh, woes me!

Lube is lube is lube... some have flavors and some warm up... the warming ones... I cant tell the difference! I think my vagina is posessed by demons that prevent the warming stuff from having an effect. Perhaps I should call a priest? I dunno.
I found some interesting stuff at Ambiance though! It is called "OH MY!" 1) there is a cream for the womans clitoral stimulation.... oh yeah that works alright... god help ya and hang on for the ride... 2) there is a line of lubes with flavors by the same company... this definately adds fun to the oral pleasure and a lil dab will do ya unless you want to end up across the room on the up-stroke. The views expressed in this post are only those of the poster... this does NOT mean these products will effect you the same way they effect her. Use at your own risk and expense. |

I've heard cough drops work too! Not the Luden's though, the menthol or whatever that other stuff is. |

I used to be that way, I though good 'ol KY was the ticket. This is not the case though, KY is made for medical purposes, not sex. It tastes terrible and you have to use a fair amount of it. While shopping for a vibrator, my gf and I discovered a whole new world of lubes. We've settled in nicely on a little brand called "For Play" and they're water based gel lubricant. It is tasteless (we found that the flavored ones tended to get sticky more quickly and just didn't feel natural, a vagina is not supposed to taste like pina colada!) and it lasts and lasts and lasts! I don't know much about female stimulates or using menthol, but switching to a proper lube certainly helped us a lot. Careful though, a little goes a long way. On our first test run with the new stuff I put on the usual KY sized amount and she was still cleaning it up 4yrs after we were done and had gone to bed! :) Go to a good sex shop (we went to one with a lesbian slant but still offered products for straight couples, men, etc) and see what they've got, talk to the staff, etc. Some places offer sampler packs, that's what we did first. Good look and keep it lubed, no one likes dry sex! |
OH, no, no, no, no! Never put anything but man meat or a sex toy in your happy place!!!!! The altiods and pop rocks are for clitoral play only! Frozen grapes work well for clitoral play as well. Ice can be inserted and then "fished" out with the tongue without any ill effects. The above are also good for a woman giving "head".
Food products in the "suzie" can result in nasty yeast infections and or bacterial vaginosis. (Sorry for the confusion) |
I agree with VirFighter about going to a quality sex shop (usually only the ones owned by women are any good; the male-owned ones are generally limited, low-quality, and gross... sorry) and checking out the lube samples. They usually have a nice assortment of condoms you can try, too, after which you can buy your favorite ones online in bulk. :D
Ktspktsp and I have tried quite a few different kinds of lube. We can use almost anything for vaginal, though we do NOT like Probe. Way too sticky. I guess Astroglide is an all-around best for vaginal. And for anal, Maximus is just plain the BEST. We won't use anything else, now. |
Ditto above, use water based.
A fun idea is to have one of those "lotions and sex toy" parties. That way you get to feel the lube (on your finger), taste the lube, etc. before buying. They also let you try out the enhancers. They don't do much for me; but several of my guests were smiling big time when they came out of the bathroom! |
