While making love to my girlfriend the other day my penis really started to hurt... quite a bit. After she came I went to inspect and found that there was a tear in the peice of skin between the head of my penis and my foreskin. It's not a small tear... it's quite large and looks as if the piece of skin as been pulled in half. I'm not circumsized.. if that makes a difference. And to be honest it hurts bad; not to mention my sex life has been sidelined. Any suggestions or solutions or tales?

Give it a few weeks to heal and next time make sure she's good and wet before launching the missile. These things happen.

If you're nervous about it, you can go to the doctor. If it's really bad he may want to put a stitch in it, but aside from that there's really not much to do other than wait for it to heal up.

I agree with Martian, sounds like a lack of lubrication to me as well.

Did you use a condom? I knoticed that using a condom when uncircumsized usually keeps skin in place and prevents tears (tears of skin that is).

The same thing happened to my boyfriend, who is also not circumsized. His saw a doctor but the doctor just kinda went "uh.... i've never seen that before". They didn't give him anything for it. Once it reaches a certain point, it wont tear anymore. Just let it heal and go really easy on it. His re tore a few times before it finally healed. Hope that helps.

This has happened to me before, (actually a couple of times) see a doctor if your are nervous, keep it clean(!!!) an infection would be nasty, and give it a couple of weeks to heal well before giving it another workout.

Actually this reminded me of an incident: When I was living in Europe, I had started to date this woman. One night we were parking out at the beach and started to fool around. She is giving me a handjob, and at the very moment that I orgasmed, she pulled down on my foreskin very hard. I would agree with everyone here. Go see a doctor, just incase. Also pick up a tube of neosporin with pain relief.

Just keep it clean so it doesn't get infected. There's really no need to go showing it around, if you live in the States the doc probably wouldn't even know what a foreskin is.

I wouldn't get circ'd/mutilated just for that, unless it becomes a problem. Turtlenecks are natural.
