Secondly: for him to lobby for a standing foreign power is perfectly legal. For him to lobby as hard as he wants against the war is also legal: even if his activities could be construed as Treasonous, such a construction would reqiure a WAR, which we are not legally speaking IN. No Declaration = No War. |
