And for what its worth there already is a U.S.S. Ronald Reagan as a carrier (CVN 76) commissioned last year IIRC

And the Carriers are now traditionally named after Presidents

So it would not surprise me to actually see a Clinton or Bush one

And subs wouldn't be named after presidents, current classes are cities and states
