Now, you polticos, does anyone know if they can still screw the thing over and stop it? Or has california been enough of a precedent that it makes it highly unlikely?

This is a completely different question though. I want to know how its possible to stop it so I can be prepared for a let down. I'm trying to ask a very specific law/political question here. I'm just bad at it.

Yes, I have seizures. Had them since I was 16. They make me extremely nauseous so much so that I fall to the ground and vomit uncontrollably when it first hits. I also have partial micro seizures every few minutes that generally makes me nauseous every day. Meclizine and draminine and such don't help much.
