They're still illegal in MN? Geez. I grew up in MN and left 7 years ago - our 4th of July involved those little black snake things and smoke bombs.

Yeah, recently a "controvercial" bill was passed which allowed sparklers and spark-fountains to be used. It's kind of funny that we have a "shall-issue" handgun carry bill that passed, but we still can't use firecrackers or bottle rockets. :rolleyes:
