This can't be real.

Please god just tell me this isn't real

If 14 year old gamers could vote I'm sure Mike Huckabee would win in a landslide due to this commercial. Fortunately, this is not the case.

Stuff like this really makes me fear for the future of this country and human kind as a whole.

Is this huckabee's attempt to garner internet support by using a tired meme to pander to the masses?

It feels awkward and forced to me.

Yeah feels that way on both sides, Huck's and Chuck's. I love humor and we need more of it, but this was delivered very poorly, neither did a good job getting across any message other than "Mike Huckabee is in serious trouble and needs to get attention". Not impressed. I lost respect for both.

It made me chuckle. I'd like to see more things like this. Real people acting like real people.

I might start to have to like Chuck Norris jokes in MMO's now. Ok not really.

Years ago when I listened to Rush he mentioned liberals not having a sense of humor. Its always seemed odd to me but I haven't seen much to contradict it. This is going to get the guy a lot of press among younger voters and some name recognition, plus it was amusing.

There are many things which can be scary about the future, this isn't one of them.

And its getting close to half a million views it seems. I'm sure they are pleased.

Edit: and the main one has over 700k.

I was only being 87.26% serious with that last line.. but yea, part of me did cry inside when i saw this video.

Vote for me! I have someone on my staff who is familiar with Chuck Norris uber trend that people talk about online sometimes mostly in videogames. It makes me qualified to run the United States of America. .. I hate to say it, but its bullshit like this that got Bush elected.

You mean like other celebs who have supported democrats are somehow superior?

Norris is a known conservative, he gained some very odd star power via the internet, and he is cashing in a bit on something thats important to him.

I do wonder though if he is a member of F.A.G.

I don't mean that at all. For the record I'm not a democrat or a republican. You also don't need to be one or the other to like or hate what Bush has done to this country.

I can't really say one way or another if i have a problem with celebrities "cashing in" on stuff, or with them appearing in political ads. It's just that everything about that video seemed wrong to me and puts more worry in my heart than glee.

Wrong how?

I'd rather something like this which is pretty basic and somewhat funny to some member of the F.A.G. telling me how the country should be run.

Rush is such a kidder. I take it you haven't compared "The Daily Show" and the "1/2 Hour News Hour" for comedy gold.
