In answer to your question - There actually is no point to this since there is no supporter of Edwards stepping up to defend their champion, and we are both entrenched in our own views. So there has to at least be some amusement in this.

Based on their recent words and actions, McCain, Giuliani and Thompson are hypocrites as well, and you can probably add Hillary and Mitt Romney to the club of self-aggrandizing panderers running for President.

Presidential politics does have an amusing side at times but voters still have a personal responsibility to learn as much as they can about the candidates and weigh the so called "hypocrisy" against other factors.

So far I support Huckabee. He seems to be a straight shooter. I don't disagree about the others you have listed, I would not vote for or support any of them for Pres. in '08.
