wow I have always thought canada was beautiful. You are very lucky. Good post

Beautiful! You're very lucky to have scenery like that. I hope you'll post pictures of the same views during all the seasons. I'm one of those hiding behind bottles in dark cafes, dreaming of places like that.

It looks a bit wet, sure that isn't the UK? ;)
Nice, who kidnapped the poor people from the abandoned car or have I just fallen for watching the X-files 2 much? :)

My thoughts too! That bad spot in the road looks like it has claimed many vehicles. :p An archaeological excavation would most likely reveal a stack of antique vehicles! Chelsea 9, what part of Canada?

Best, Dennis

Wonderful colors...some of these look like expressionist paintings.

amonkie 09-24-2005 02:06 PM

That's amazing color - glad you made the discovery! :)

Aw damn. The leaves are changing already. How far north are you Chelsea? I've noticed some of our leave in Toronto starting to turn but not all that many yet.

With all those deciduous trees you can't be too far north.

Gorgeous by the way... reminds me of parts of the Ottawa Valley and the Gatineau Hills

jujueye 09-24-2005 11:08 PM

We've got single trees doing their sneaky changing thing here in WA state. Yay! I love fall!

Hey, beauty post. If you have photoshop you could clone out that arm. I think cropping it would eat up the pic too much. I like the first two the best. Such a nice contrast of yellows, golds, and still some green. Thanks for posting these!

thanks for all the positive feedback.

this spot is just 15 minutes away from my house, which i absolutely love.

but as far as how far north i am... lets just say i could get to the North West Territories in half a days trip.
