A River Runs Through It Actually several rivers run through Florida. I recently spent a week along the St. Lucie river in Central Florida. The river is actually an estuary now. An estuary is found where a fresh water body meets a salt water body. In 1892 this river was altered to connect it to the Atlantic Ocean. Now I am back to the grind and the cold. Hopefully these photos will warm my fellow cold weather inhabitants. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...8/16a43584.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...8/6791632b.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...8/5e997a14.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...8/65fab6ba.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...8/99c1ec98.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...8/e0668758.jpg |
