Viva La Mexico
Spent a week down in PV. Didn't venture off the resort except for a pub crawl and the bulls. Here are a few shots taken with my Nikon SLR. I think my scanner sucks by the way.

Great shots! I think I like the third one the best. I feel sorry for the bull, but it looks like he got his revenge in the last shot.

i barely made it through your photos... sharp long pointy blades are an unfair advantage for the little skinny man. little skinny man wouldn't fair so well w/o the weapons. i don't see the sport.... |
I didn't know they still had bullfights...might have to check that out next time I'm down there. Great shots, esp. the 2nd to last one.

I'm always torn about peoples' cultural heritage when it involves brutality. On the one hand I advocate non-interference, on the other I want to slap them while yelling, "WHAT THE FUCK!!". Awesome shots despite my issues with the subject matter. |

why kill the bull. I think the Madador should try and tackle a bucking bull from the rodeo. Now that would be great.
