Flower at the park - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I took this at a local park the other day. This was a flower my four year old gave me while the camera was in my hand and just seemed perfect for a shot. (2 out of 5 attempts worked)
The slight editing in the GIMP made this go from ordinary to stand out.

thank you. I know that this technique is overused at times but I think it works rather well here.

It works exceptionally well here, if you don't mind my saying so- I normally gravitate towards landscape photos, but this one just drew me right in!
