Tell me Tully, is it that the shades give your eyes mysterious depths, or is it that the shades were mysteriously found in the depths?

Every time I see these, the shades get to me. I know the Gulf is much warmer than the Pacific but no way I could pull off that grin with no goggles and no regulator. Almost looks like you just plopped into a fishtank for a second.

Well I have pix of me at 55ft in Tillamook Bay with no reg, mask and a smile. That water is 58F year round. This water is 87... much easier to smile here.

You know that turtle followed me around for 20 minutes or so. In 20yrs and 1000+ dives I've never had that happen, it was like I couldn't shake him. The divers in my group were all amazed. Probably 5000+ dive between 4 other divers and they've never seen that either. We all decided he knew it was my birthday.
