south beach, baby!
I'm not done editing all the pics but I thought I would start posting them anyway...mostly because I am having fun editing them and can't wait to share them. It's been quite a few months since I have taken photos that make say, 'ahhhh, I like that.'
 I've given these a little 'Orton-style' affectation because I think it suits the art deco fantasy-theme going on with them. These are just from the first afternoon, night and following morning. There will be many more to follow.      These next few were taken inside the lobby of our hotel. $89 a night. The Presidential...I think it was. Most of the other rooms we checked were averaging at $289 a night.    The Cafe des Arts...we ate dinner there that night...good margaritas.     inside our hotel room.   the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on in my life...plus, it became apparent in the middle of the night that you can hear everything, and I mean everything that goes on in the adjoining rooms...kind of made me glad that the boo was with us and therefore we didn't have wild animal sex (like we usually have in hotel rooms, lol)  the hallway outside our hotel room  there always comes a time when boohead tires of me taking her picture...  she looks everywhere but at me...   she can't resist my powers for long though...  more later
