my pathetically lame attempt at being artistic
 

i had this (what i thought would be a) great idea. my day in shadows, where i just got a bunch of shadows to tell a story of a random day in the life.

i'm not talented enough to execute that. instead i ended up with a bunch of crappy pics of my shadow, thats it. and in the last one you can even see the handlebars, which kinda ruins the whole thing.

I like these! Especially the first one. It's a good concept, and you executed it better than you think you did.

Yeah, these are great. The texture of the wall in the third shot along with the gun in the last (it's a gun, dummy) are pretty badass. Nice work.

thanks all, i appreciate it. texture was mentioned twice, i never even thought about texture, from now on i will take that into consideration. there is so much i have to learn.

Something I just noticed:

You did a really good job of keeping the camera out of the shadows, man. I don't know if that's intentional, but i definitely think it's part of the appeal.
