Heron
There is a heron that stops by occasionally to snack on frogs from our little pond out back. I typically go tromping across the yard with the dog and scare it away. Today I saw it and was able to run (literally) and get my camera before it flew away. The lighting was poor and I had to use full zoom with a 300mm but here are the results after some post processing.
