Stone statue in the sun
 

This is from my older sister's wedding reception five years ago at a Bed and Breakfast in Hood River, Oregon. It was visually striking for me.

what strikes me most is the way the leaves are covering the loins. very interesting

Putto: "I wonder if I should move my money into bonds...."

The contrast between the green and the stone caught my eye first. The subject seems a bit blatant, though. I almost wish the putto were off center just slightly.
