I like my job, and have for years. But it's also kinda cool when any day you can get visited by people who are genuinely interested in the work you're doing. Guys like, oh, I dunno... Rancid?

They played about 90 mins. in a room with no more then 200 people in it, on a stage about the size of my living room. Then they signed 8X10 photo's for literally everyone who wanted one.

You're always taking everyday objects and making them look fantastic. I take fantastic objects and make then look everyday.
Someday I'm going to start picking your brain on how to get better shots... someday.

*Bump*
Peru Ana Ana Peru. These guys are awesome. Their artistic exploits seem to stem from a strange desire to prove that everything - street art and modern cinema especially - sucks entirely and is long overdue for a change. As self-appointed saviors, they've stepped up to the plate with such reckless ferocity that you can't help but to wonder as to whether they enjoy being arrested or are in desperate need of being saved from themselves. Whatever the case, these guys seem deathly intent on mindfucking whomever stumbles across their work. My heroes.

How to find my passion by ataralas
"I will always be a storyteller."
How I did it: Ever since I was small, I loved to tell stories. When I learned to talk, I would do puppet shows. No one was ever really sure what they were about, actually, but I would entertain myself for hours. In kindergarten I would write and draw stories. Of course, my handwriting was so bad no one could tell what I was saying. In third grade I created vivid imaginary worlds with my sister, where Aslan and Laura Ingalls Wilder and Darth Vader existed side by side. When I was in fifth grade, I remember deciding to become a writer. Even back then I remember the sense of-- portent?-- about it. I knew that this was going to be a decision that would affect the rest of my life. And I haven't changed my mind since then. --from: ataralas
