The only cool picture I've ever taken

I just like the movement of it.

NICE!

... and I didn't even have to drink the bourbon first.

Ha, thanks.

I like it - the motion really separates the foreground, midground, and distant elements from each other. Great shot.

It's a great shot... I like the motion effect cause (I assume) by shooting from a moving vehicle... You might consider playing with the curves to get some more contrast from the clouds...

I took a quick stab at it...

Oh! That looks sweet. It makes it look chaotic almost.

I photoshopped the first one up pretty quick. I'll definitely have to play with it more!

And yes, I was in a vehicle!

I switch it to B&W using the "green" preset, and then added a lot of darkening through curves... (I masked the darkening to just the sky)

Simply beautiful.

And while you've already stated that you took the picture in a car, I can only hope that you weren't also driving as you took the shot backwards and in heels.

Cool effect. I like that one a lot. Makes the tree appear surreal.

KirStang 09-25-2007 10:23 AM

Yea. Really like how the moving landscape contrasts the stillness of the tree.

DEI37 09-25-2007 02:22 PM

That is wicked cool. Both the colour and the b&w are nice. Very cool.
