Id leave the coin. My life is pretty sweet. I dont have a lot of money, and dont have Everything I want, but pretty close. I work at it and earned it-why bother messing with a good thing?

I'm not one to take a lot of risks, however, I think I would take the coin.
The fact that you would just cease to exists seems more appealing than if you were to remain alive but have everything taken from you. If that were the case, I would think about my decision more.

Well my life is good, so I wouldn't risk that for a better one.
On the other hand I'm an atheist and as such I think death = the end, so immortality is VERY tempting. I said I'd leave it, but ask me again when I'm 70 and I know I'd be flipping that coin.

To me the coin is a win/break even situation so at this point in my life, with my future being as uncertain as I know it to be, I would take the coin.
Of course there's also the problem that getting everything you want immediately kinda negates the point of living so I'd probably just ask for some hardships to be alleviated, or some past decisions remade.

My current situation leads me to take the coin. I'm in collage and a life full of everything I want or never existing sound to be interesting either way. I would never kill myself but never existing is a whole different topic. Now, yes I am happy with my life and with the people's lives I have touched. Still, I'd take the coin.

I'm perfectly content where I am right now. I don't like the fact that I would not be in control of my destiny, but rather leaving it up to chance. At least if I lose in life, I know why and that it was my fault, not a twist of fate.

O.K...maybe an even better question is...how many of you took out a coin and flipped it after you decided if you would take the "magick" coin? I chose yes. Then I reached into my pocket and took out a quarter, flipped it, and...
It was tails. Yes wasn't such a good choice for me.

Not only am I content with my life, but I also recall reading The Monkey's Paw as a wee lad. It is not a good thing to mess with fate. Something horrible would surely happen if I took that coin.
