For those of you that like to find conspiracies in coincidences: 666 from base 10 to base 29 is MS... Does this go to prove that Microsoft is an EVIL CORPORATION HEADED BY THE DEVIL?

I can't remember, but wasn't there some sort of hidden satanic game in Win95 or 3.1 or one of the old versions. Geez wish my memory was better ....

Since we're all using MICROSOFT products here, I thought I'd just let you know these facts... Do you know that Bill gates' REAL name is William Henry Gates III? Nowadays, he is known as Bill Gates (III) where "III" means the order of third (3rd). So, what's so eerie about this name?


OK, if you take all the letters in Bill Gates III and then convert it in ASCII code (American standard code for information interchange) and then ADD up all the numbers...you will get 666, which is the number of the beast!!!

Coincidence? Maybe, but take WINDOWS 95 and do the SAME procedure and you will get 666 too!!! And the same goes for MS-DOS 6.31!!! Are you sure this is not a coincidence? You decide....

Okay now for the good part

For those of you who still have the OLD Excel 95 (not office 97), try this:

1. Open a new file.

2. Scroll down until you see row 95.

3. Click on the row 95 button, this highlights the whole row

4. Press tab, to move to the second column.

5. Now, move your mouse and click on help, THEN about Microsoft Excel

6. Press ctrl-alt-shift and click on the tech support button simultaneously.

7. A WINDOW WILL APPEAR, TITLE: THE HALL OF TORTURED SOULS

This is really eerie, okay...it has a doom style format and you can walk all around the hall (using your arrow keys)...and on the sides of the walls are the names of the tortured souls....

8. NOW WALK UP THE STAIRS AND THEN COME BACK DOWN, FACE THE BLANK WALL AND THEN TYPE IN EXCELKFA.

This will open the blank wall to reveal another secret passage, walk through the passage and DO NOT fall off (this is the hard part!), when you get to the end, you will see something really, really eerie.... (This is REALLY there! I haven't been able to reach the end of this VERY narrow passage though.... - WILANT)

At this point of time, countless witnesses all over the world have verified that it is a real eye opener. It could be a joke by MS programmers or is it?

Wouldn't be surprise if Bill Gates was "The Antichrist", after all it was already foretold in the Bible that someone powerful would rise up and lead the world to destruction. And Bill Gates definitely has that kind of power in his hands. More than 80% of the world's computers run on Windows and DOS (including those at the Pentagon)! If all his products have some kind of small program embedded (like this Hall of Tortured Souls) that can give him control, setting off nuclear arsenals, creating havoc in security systems, financial systems all over the world, etc. All from his headquarters isn't as far off reality! Just using Internet Explorer may allow him to map out what you have on your computer bit by bit each time you log on. Perhaps the end times are near and this is just the tip of the iceberg!

Well, if Bill Gates is reading this. Could you please erase my credit card debts? Then, don't do anything drastic until I graduate in September. I am attending University of Phoenix - Online using Outlook Express. I do not want my 4.0 erased before I finish.
On a serious note, this is quite a scary notion. However, I would rather believe that a person can do this, rather than a machine. There has to be someone out there smarter than my computer. If there is not, then I am very scared. If machines can outsmart humans, then we may become obsolete and I can't deal with that. I would rather deal with Bill Gates being the anti-Christ.

Just remember, ask yourself the last time your computer gave you an error message that said "having an emotionally bad day" ? The moment my toaster wont make pop tarts because it suffering for work related stress--guess what :back handed slap into other hand: END OF COMPUTERS!

Until my computer can flick me off when I run my Pascal Pyrimad generator or tell me to piss off when I program it to find a series of primes or even just bad mouth me when I write erroneous anything, I am still smarter than my computer.

Pre-Doom, Excel developers got their hands on some Doom code (remember that idkfa is a Doom cheat) and inserted this easter egg. All that is at the end of the bridge are the pictures of the Excel developers and then some scrolling credits. I've seen it for myself and there is nothing scary or eerie (unless looking at a bunch of geeks wigs you out. ;)).

So how did the capital I get a number 73 in his first name but only a number 1 when describing his "order of the third"??? Bad math there, gang. Hell, if Microsoft programmed using that kind of crappy logic, the code could have never been compiled....hahaha....

I'm not entirely certain that it ever was compiled correctly.

Damn. You see what you did to me? No I have to get my hands on a Excel 95 copy, install it, crash my HD, install everything - including Excel 95 - again, check out the easter egg and generally waste my precious study time.

I was told that to save money they purposely make the code redundant so: 1) make money with a "NEW" and "FASTER" OS that comes out which actually is the old one with more bells, whistles, and knick-knacks and less code errors, and 2) instead of rewriting the timing sequences for codes, just adding a lot of BS in between real codes solves it just as well.

Do you know how this works out?? I tried doing the conversion but it just doesn't jive. Perhaps I'm rusty with conversion between bases. It would be interesting though to know what 666 converted to hexidecimal would be. I'll try to work that out later when I've not got a cold and cold medicine screwing up my concentration.

Ya microsoft is evil. I have an alright memory and i remember when i was younger that someone emailed me how to get into ms dos and play the little evil game. You started in the fires of hell and you had to cross this tiny path which i fell off of many times. You started over every time you died. Anyway I got to the end and it has all the programmers names and Bill Gates name on the walls. I remember it said something "evil" at the end.

Well the system my buddy's program was using for numbers was:

(His actually wen't then into lower case and I think he tried Greek characters after that!)

EDIT: And to convert 666 into base 29: divide 666 by 29, you get 22 yadda yadda. That 22 is M (count if you don't believe me). Subtract 22*29 from 666, that's 28. 28 is S
666 in base 10 is MS in base 29.

I heard that the Microsoft source code was stolen, which is why MSBlast was such a bad worm. It still is actually but you can be protected from it using a firewall. Anyways, my friend said all the variables and stuff in the code are bad words like f*ck and p*ssy... don't know if that has anything to do with Microsofts evilness... but I think they're evil.

I honestly do not understand what everybodys problem is with Microsoft and Bill Gates.

Is it because they make a lot of money?
Maybe you're all just jealous.

Is it because they are smart with their marketing?
Thats certainly no reason to hate somebody. That just shows how great of a company they are.

Is it because they create some imperfect products?
Well welcome to real life. There isn't a single company in the world who creates perfect products. It just so happens that the imperfection in Windows is the blue screen of death, viruses, and freezing - all of which can be very easily avoided if you have any clue what you're doing. I haven't encountered any of the 3 in years. I don't even have a virus scanner!

Everybody bitches about how horrible Microsoft and Bill Gates is, but then they turn around and play their X-Box and boot up their PC without even thinking twice about it. Correct me if i'm wrong, but most of the time when somebody hates a company, don't they try to boycot it? Don't they hate the products a company produces as well and choses NOT to use them and support the "evil company"? It isn't like Microsoft is a monopoly, theres always Apple computers or Linux that you could go to.

And another thing. What the hell is this stuff about Bill Gates being the devil? Are you fucking kidding me? Bill Gates is one of the most generous guys alive. Do you have any idea how much money he has donated to charity? And you do realize that he even RUNS his own charity (which has about 28 billion dollars right now, by the way, most of which was contributed by Mr Gates himself) that strives to improve world health and education, right?

It actually really pisses me off that so many people (not just the people who posted here) can have such hard feelings for a man without even knowing why, or considering how great he has made everybodys lives. People here are the first ones who should agree with that, seeing as their sitting on their asses in front of most likely a Windows operated system.

What I, personally, have against Microsoft is, firstly, their blatant disregard for patents, contracts and copyrights, and secondly, their attitude of domination in the marketplace. When you turn on your X-Box, turn that second thought to the fact that they tried to buy Nintendo. And that the X-Box is still a gigantic loss for Microsoft. And when you turn on your PC, let's not forget the broken contract for MS-DOS, and the dodgy dealings with Apple that led to Windows being released so close to the first Macintosh OS.

It's only natural that Bill would spend so much on charity. He has more money than is possible to spend, lives in a robot house, and has a nasty public image to save.
