Explanation Please - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

So, I watched Donnie Darko last night, and I have to say I didn't understand one bit. As the movie progressed, I just more and more confused, and the ending didn't make anything clear at all. I figured I would put this question here because this is where I got the idea to download, er.... obtain the movie to watch. (The "Movies that really freaked me out" thread.) So if anyone can help me out, much appreciated.

I think i may ..."obtain" this movie tonight and get back to you. Noticed it was recommended by a lot on this board too.

Do a search on the entertainment board for Donnie Darko. Some good explanations on there. It really helps if you watch it a few times, the first time I watched it I was pretty brainfucked myself.
