All you have to do is think about mindless dribble, but have your real thoughts blend into the background of those...

yea i've been working on that. easier said than done...

if you make everything (i.e; thinking) really hard and complex with many steps, or sorta like think about everything as it goes along its not real hard. there are definitely like multiple levels of thinking in your mind, interesting how it all works (trying to figure it out).

Either that or think your thoughts backwards, or even jump from one language to another in your thoughts to make them harder to understand. Better yet, do that backwards too. Also, think in anagrams.

Or better yet, only think thoughts that are written out on the jumbled pieces of a ten-thousand piece jigsaw puzzle in your mind.

it's really not that easy at all, training your mind. today i started to get an idea of what to do; focussing on my breathing or repeating thinks in my head, working out complex nonsensical problems... it's gettin easier but it's still hard to concentrate.
