Anna Nicole Smith and her son were Murdered by Howard K. Stern
 

Am I the only one who believe that she was murdered? When I heard the news that Anna Nicole Smith was dead, only a week after her son's death. I instantly reached the conclusion that she was murdered. By whom? By someone who believed would end up getting the custody of her baby daughter, Howard K. Stern. Am I crazy? Then I saw this. I feel much better. At least I'm not the only one.

Jack Harding, a private investigator was hired by Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel Wayne Smith and Daniel made some very interesting revelations to Mr. Harding, reports Nancy Grace from CNN. On Tuesday night, the veteran reporter had Harding on the show and he was very forthright with what he believes that he discovered during his investigation.

He told Grace: "This is really suspicious to me, the way that this whole thing came out. His mother -- that is -- he passed on with an overdose, and then all of a sudden, his mother passes over with an overdose. You know that the child -- especially when she was being given drugs when she was pregnant, the child is going to have a trace of narcotics in her system. Now, what's to say that later on, if Stern was to get custody of the child later on, that the child would have an overdose? And who gets that money?"

Grace quickly pointed out that there's been no suggestion by authorities that homicide has played a role. But she added, "Let's just take a look at the similarities between the death of Anna Nicole Smith and her son, 20-year- old Daniel.

Continuing: "Both died during daylight hours. Both died within the vicinity of trained nurses, both with antidepressants in the system, both with sleep aids. Both given drugs by multiple sources. Both died of a combination of drugs, found dead in the presence of those they trusted. Both set to inherit large sums of money. Both had methadone in their systems. Both died away from home."

Grace, never one to shy away, added, " It's very disturbing to me that both died after just falling to sleep. They both go to sleep at night. Daniel was there asleep in his mom`s hospital room. They both wake up dead. The MO of both of their accidental deaths are extremely similar.

Perhaps I'm just being naive, because as suspicious as it is...and I do concede that it does smell like last weeks tuna casserole...I have to believe that the authorities are smart enough, and motivated enough, to have looked into it. At least have given it a cursory glance.

where do you get she died a week after her son? Her son died back in September and she died in February....on who's calender is that a week?

and...I see no methadone in her toxicology report..she had chloral hydrate 4 benzodiazepines; Klonopin, Ativan, Serax and Valium. Furthermore, she had taken Benadryl and Topamax ... nope dont see any methadone

Damn, the details. The details mess up my conspiracy theory. I need to step back and discard details that doesn't fit my preconceived notion. So you are saying that the drugs were very different. And deaths were many months apart. Okay. I accept that. The drug thing weakens my conspiracy theory, but the spacing between deaths does not. It just makes it more diabolically brilliant.

How the hell does one 'wake up dead'? That's why I love Nancy Grace :rolleyes:

As for a conspiracy...I don't buy it. Perhaps I just don't care enough to buy it though. Besides, doesn't the baby inherit the money now? Stern has a lot to lose if she does and it's proven he's not the father.

Anna Nicole never made a new will after Daniel died, her current will left every thing to him with no mention of the new baby or future children...I have no idea who will get the money...does anyone else?

I think he killed them. :uhh: (not that it matters....shit, the OJ Simpson acquittal washed my faith away in truth coming out :skeptical: )

I also think the lawyer/weasel probably did kill them. But i guess that needs to proven in court. So it probably doesn't matter like you say. :shakehead:

ok two people that have been known to use drugs most of their live both die of drug overdoses. Doesn't sound like a mystery to me.

Oh never mind. Forget I mentioned it. Larry Birkhead is the father of the baby Danielynn and all my suspicion evaporates.
