Anyone interested...
...in starting a TFP-based audioscrobbler group? I've been using the site for a couple of weeks, I like seeing my listening habits tabulated like that, and I'd be interested to see what other peoples' tastes are like.
If anyone's interested, I'll set one up and post details here. |

Ah, sorry... heh.
Probably the best way to explain is to post my own profile: http://www.last.fm/user/flamingdog/ It's basically a music community that tracks your listening habits through a winamp plugin or from their own 'last.fm' radio player, and then collates the results in all kinds of interesting ways. You can see what you're listening to most, by artist, album, track, etc. You can view the profiles of people who are your musical 'neighbours', and chat with them to discover new music. A group is just a way for us to club together and swap music tips and such on the site itself. Can see what each other is listening to, etc. Just thought it might be fun. I should add, I've only been a member for like 10 days, and I've already discovered four new bands through it. |

I thought we already had one, but after searching I can't find it.
I say go for it; why not?

Yea, I would have thought we did too, but I couldn't find it either. Okay, I've set it up. Here's the link: http://www.last.fm/group/Tilted%20Scrobbler%20Project
I've made it 'Member Approval' for new members, so we don't get any Tom Dick and Harry showing up. It doesn't track group stats until we have 15 members, so come one, come all! Last edited by flamingdog; 12-22-2005 at 11:29 PM.. |

Will do, and yes, I know, but I only started the group yesterday, man. Help spread the woid, and we'll be burgeoning in no time! Edit: Posted in the thread, and sent out some messages through the last.fm website to see if anyone's biting.
