Actually it's about damn time for this Zack De La Rocha solo album I've been hearing about for years that supposedly has some tracks produced by El P. That hasn't come out yet has it?

I'm gonna be the third person in this thread to say tool. They are WAY overdue for a new album, last I heard they were in the studio.
I also have to say John Petrucci of Dream Theater is years overdue on his first solo album, let alone a new one.

Floater needs to put out a new electric album. They put out an acoustic album this summer but it's not the same...and we haven't had any new electric material from them since 2002's "Alter." At the show I went to last night they played a new song that sounded freakin' awesome, so I look forward to anything they may produce in the--hopefully--near future.
An aside for those outside of the PacNW: Floater is a fairly popular PacNW band headquartered in Portland, OR. They play shows around the PacNW on a regular basis. If you like hard rock...you should check them out, especially live.

Let's also add.... - Guns N Roses. Chinese Democracy plz. I know it will never be the same ol G'n'f'n'R that we knew and loved, but some of the songs off the new CD sound amazing (Madagascar, anyone?) - AC/DC. Not that I like their music too much (repetition, who?), but I'd love to see em on tour again. |

Third Eye Blind...but not just another new album, another one like their self-titled. No Doubt...Once again, a band I'd like to see go back to their older style, circa Tragic Kingdom.

Hmm...
Let's see. BÖC just had one a couple years back. Not that they couldn't stand to put out another one with the awesome new rhythm section they have. King Crimson may or may not have put out a new one lately. If they did, I need to hear about it. If not, they need to. Same deal with Cake. Last one I've seen was Pressure Chief, which was OK, but didn't have the punch that the four prior to it did. I miss Frank Zappa so much.
