Man if I made a list of songs that I just love, it would take forever, so for this thread, I'm just gonna make a list of songs that get me really pumped up.
1. The Requiem Overture - (The Score from LOTR: The Two Towers, its fricking awesome.) 2. Hit the Floor- Linkin Park 3. Lose Yourself- Eminem 4. Til I Collapse- Eminem 5. The Red- Chevelle 6. Deny - Default 7. Ruff Ryders Anthem- DMX 8. Right Here, Right Now- Fatboy Sliim 9. Chop Suey- System of a Down 10. So Much Pain- Ja Rule and 2Pac (I cant stand Ja, but Pacs verse in this song is the best rap verse ever, and that redeems the entire song completely.) Thank you.

Thanks, Vive, but I knew it was done in Requiem for a Dream, if you go to the Tilted Entertainment forum, and read my Best Movies Ever thread, you'll see that. But it was REdone for LOTR, and that version is the one I love.

Track # 4 and on Sigur Ros's (_) album (Album doesn't have title or track titles). You know the one with the war drums, weird plucky guitar feedback, melotronic organ and the wordless vocals.
Track #1 on their blue album (one with angels) is really cool too because it's being played backwords. |

Primal Scream - Loaded. I wrote a paper on that song in college. Peter Fonda soundbites.

good call. i would counter with A Love Supreme, but that's a whole album and the tracks just don't stand alone. so i see your Blue Trane and raise you: Dizzy Gilespie's Manteca.
